A demonstration of adding a Holiday Request to the schedule.
Employees can add holiday requests to the ShiftApp Schedule.
Click the “Holiday Request” menu tab.
The "Holiday Title" and "Holiday Info" are optional. This information will be visible to your managers. And depending on the Workforce Settings, this information might also be visible to your fellow employees.
Enter the dates for the first day and last day of your holiday.
And then click "Create Holiday".
The Holiday request is added to the Schedule.
The request can now be approved or deleted by a schedule manager.
If you can not see the "Holiday Request" menu tab, then this is because your managers have disabled this feature in the "Workforce Settings".
Employees should ask their Schedule Managers about how the manager wishes them to use this Holiday Request feature.
