ShiftApp stores historical shift data for 12 months. If you need records beyond one year, we recommend saving PDF or CSV copies on your own.
To make record-keeping simpler, we’ve introduced a new Archive feature. Each month, you can automatically receive shift reports via email or have them uploaded them straight to Google Drive — no extra steps needed!
For more detailed instructions, visit our HELP documentation. To set up Google Drive or email archive reports (they’re the same report, just delivered differently), simply follow the Google Drive and Settings links on your ShiftApp home page.
