Employees can submit holiday requests using their own ShiftApp user account.
Managers can also add holiday requests on behalf of their employees. These requests can then be confirmed to become holidays on the schedule.
Holidays can be shown or hidden on the live web view of the schedule and also on the PDF printouts.
Conveniently, employees who are on holiday are shown as unavailable on the shift assignment menu.
