Employee Time Off Requests

Time Off requests and time off can be tracked on the ShiftApp schedule system, making it easier for managers to only schedule available staff.

Employees can submit time off requests using their own ShiftApp user account.

Managers can also add time off requests on behalf of their employees. These requests can then be confirmed to become time off on the schedule.

Time Off can be shown or hidden on the live web view of the schedule and also on the PDF printouts.

Conveniently, employees who are on time off are shown as unavailable on the shift assignment menu.
