The Schedule Usage and Schedule Management certificates are now at version 6, with new video lessons for employees and managers.
If you earned an earlier certificate, sign in to the Academy and check your course results. Watch the new lessons and answer their questions, along with any lessons marked “Unit Pass Outdated.” Your current passes still count toward completion. Once you’ve passed all current lessons, your qualification updates to version 6 and your progress returns to 100%.
The three missing Academy videos are finally available:
Chat for Employees shows how to message your managers privately, read and react to announcements, follow team conversations and control notifications. You’ll also see how to use chat on your phone.
Managers have two new lessons. Chat for Managers covers setting up rooms, posting announcements, checking who has read messages and moderating conversations. Backups and Archives explains how to keep upcoming schedules available during an outage and save past shifts for your own records, including Google Drive backups and monthly archive emails.
We’ve also refreshed Multiple Schedules with a demonstration of schedule colors. You can see separate locations, roles or clients together, each with its own color. It’s worth watching again if you’ve seen the earlier video, especially to see how the colors look across several schedules.
